We loved everything about this place - the spa bath, the wood fire, the private balcony, the random chocolates scattered around the room - it was simply exceptional. And the hosts were very welcoming and accomodating.

The cottage (Eagles nest) was perfect for a couple of days of escapism and relaxation. It contained everything we needed from food provisions to candles and firewood. Debbie is fantastic and provides all the information you could need and nothing is left unthought of in the cottage. A wonderful relaxing place to stay that I couldn't reccomend highly enough

The actual location and privacy is excellent. Unfortunately, the Frogs on the dam in front of our Cottage made it impossible to sleep and kept up their exchanges all night, every night so we were very tired when we left after three nights.
Mainly the frogs as detailed above. Also, a Clock would be a requirement in the future and perhaps some Citronella Candles to keep Mosquitoes away when sitting on balcony. Would like the Booking advice to show the Cost for each night of the Booking

Seeking quiet and seclusion Eagle Hammer delivered: bird song, forest sounds and scents. Further out than most in this style of cottage, and newer too, Eagle Hammer grants a true feeling of 'escape'.
Perhaps a bath sheet and "higher-end" toiletries would make this place beyond reproach?
